Listed active the first weekend in May w/ a SAT 1-4 open house and a SUN 1-4 open.  Driving rain the first full day on the market Friday put a damper on the showings.  Sat’s open house was completely bonkers w/ 125-150 people through the door.  Only a few of them were neighbors.  Sunday’s open was slower as to be expected, merely 50 or so people through.  Monday’s offer deadline brought us 4 highly competitive offers the winner bidding up to 900K, all cash, and no contingencies.  We closed 60 days later on seller’s preferred timeline.  Our timing for listing this home was rather perfect w/ the peak of the spring market at the start of May.
