I love selling a home in Chatham Colony as this is where Ruth and I bought our first home back in 2005. Its always a pleasure to to help out a neighbor friend I’ve known for many decades. No exception this time around w/ my lovely seller Eleanor Andrews. We listed live end of June and had very strong open houses both Sat and Sun 1-4. 60 people on Sat and 30 on Sunday was certainly respectable. Lots of neighbor friends through on Sat it was a like a reunion! A nice pile of 4 offers on the following Monday to choose from. Property is currently under contract- To Be Continued!
