Open house activity for Glenbrooke Woods, Herndon listing has been steady. October 2022 we were getting 15-20 groups of visitors through. By the end of the month still a respectable 10-12 groups w/ the price drop down to $750,000.
An early December open on Valentino Drive in Oakton saw 22 groups of guests through during its first weekend on the market. That property was only listed active for about a week until it ratified an offer.
If a property shows well and is priced competitively it will still see quite a bit of interest.
