There continues to be a lot of talk about the slow real estate market we are apparently in.. Let me share w/ you a couple recent experiences as a buyers agent that might make you question what you hear from the media
12/23/2022- The Friday before Christmas Eve- one would think a relatively slow time to buy a house. I showed a brand new to market (1st Day) ground floor 2BR condo in North Reston 1410 Church Hill Place, property link-
After viewing the home my client decided she wanted to make an offer. I contacted the listing agent who informed me she already had an all cash / contingency free offer on the table that the selllers were in the process of accepting. Home hadn’t even been active on the market for a half a day!
I’m not sure its a slow market.
